Hot Off the Press!

In my last post, I mentioned that I had good news to share.

Last summer, out of the blue, I  received an email from the editor of Cottages and Bungalows magazine. She was working on a special edition of the magazine entitled Holiday Décor and wanted to include one of my wreaths in an article about, well, holiday wreaths of course. Pretty exciting stuff!

She chose “Pink Pearl”.

Without further ado, here’s the end result.

I have to admit that I was over the moon and pleased as punch when I spied the magazine on the shelf at the grocery store.

I hope you will pop out and get yourself a copy, too. It’s really quite lovely with some terrific holiday decorating going on, including plenty of vintage Christmas. There is some serious eye candy for anyone who likes to see how others decorate for the holidays and/or are looking for some inspiration.

  8. Congratulations, Cackie, on such well-deserved media attention. Your artisanal wreaths are magnificent and so welcome in an age of mass-produced everything and uninspiring seasonal and holiday decor. Pink Pearl is gorgeous!
